What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time is usually between 5-9 business days, for more information about shipping, you can visit our “shipping policy” page.

We offer free shipping on All orders.

After receiving your tracking number, you can track your order on the ‘Track Your Order‘ page.

If it’s eligible for a return, yes you return it. To know if your order is eligible for a return, you can visit our “return policy” page.

If your order is eligible for a return, you can follow the next steps:

1. Email us at: contact@asuak.store

Please provide the reason for return and include your order number.

Note: If you are returning a defective product, please include images of the defect.

2. Once we receive your email, we will send you the return address and a free downloadable return label.

3. Ship the product, along with the return label to the provided address and share the tracking number with us.

As soon as your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track & Trace information is available. There may be some delay, which means that the information is not immediately visible.
